Inside Sales Manager
Kenilworth Media, a Forum Media Group Company, is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to coach, motivate and train a team of 3-5 successful sales people, while actively selling on a territory of his/her own.
As a successful candidate, you will be a results-oriented sales professional who can motivate and develop your sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a high business acumen. You project high energy, enthusiasm, the desire to succeed, and have proven success in motivating others with the goal of maximizing revenue.
A keen negotiator you have a minimum of 5 years of experience making outbound calls to generate sales with both small-to-medium businesses and large multi-nationals with agencies, as well as at least 3 years of experience managing a team of sales people.
Possessing a post-secondary education you are highly computer literate with a demonstrated understanding of the digital world (both desktop and mobile platforms), MS Office, database management programs & contact management software. Familiarity with Maximizer is an asset.
You are comfortable travelling to industry events & conferences (including the occasional weekend and/or evening) to represent our brands with a polished and professional image. However, you are equally at home in the office (where you will spend most of your time) managing the day-to-day operational tasks of your team and generating the sales aids, promotional pieces, research and data necessary to make advertising sales happen.
